  • is ideal for sensitive, dry skin, as well as skin prone to irritation.

For the treatment, we also use a hypoallergenic oil dedicated to very sensitive skin, which includes:

PREPARATION FOR THE TREATMENT:

 

  • Eat a light meal no later than 1.5–2 hours before your appointment.

  • Avoid coffee and strong tea for a few hours prior to your visit – caffeine stimulates the body, which contradicts the purpose of a relaxing massage.

  • It will warm up the muscles and cleanse the skin, which will facilitate the absorption of therapeutic oils. It's beneficial to take a warm shower before the massage.

  • If you plan to have hair removal, do it at least 24–48 hours in advance to avoid irritation.

  • If you have long hair, bring a hair tie to put it up high.

  • Remove your watch, chains, and bracelets before entering the treatment room.

  • Prepare for a brief conversation about your health condition, menstrual cycle (the treatment is not recommended during the first days of menstruation), and any allergies to oils.

 

 

 

POST-TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS

 

To maintain the effects of the massage and avoid overloading the body, you should:
Stay properly hydrated to support the detoxification and cleansing processes in the body.
Avoid intense physical exertion and lifting heavy weights for at least 24 hours.
Avoid heavy meals and alcohol directly after the treatment.
